Josef Bruckschloegl, born in 1978, is an Austrian Manager, Traveller, Publisher, Entrepreneur and Scholar.
He serves as Chief Executive Officer of KWAK Telecom Ltd., a Cypriot company group which is global market leader in the field of IPRN-services. KWAK Telecom Ltd. was awarded National Champion in the category “Business of the Year” during the European Business Awards 2016/17, an LeFonti Award in “Excellence of Innovation” in 2017 and was named one of “1000 Companies to Inspire Europe” by London Stock Exchange Group. 
Josef is a lecturer at University of applied Science in St. Poelten where he holds a class in “Case Studies Marketing and Sales” at the Master Program “Digital Media Management”.
Together with his wife Anita and a local partner he also runs the skateboarding brand “Positive Rebel” and its flagship store in Bad Ischl, Austria.
Prior to KWAK Telecom Josef held several management positions at Telekom Austria and Deutsche Post and served as a senior consultant to international brands as Deutsche Telekom, Sun Microsystems (Oracle), Magna International and others.
During his tenure at Telekom Austria Josef pioneered together with SAP and Hewlett&Packard online sales of telecom services in Europe and as the youngest employee in the history of the company he was promoted „Director E-Commerce“ at the age of 22.
In 2005 Josef contributed significantly engineering a solution which
disrupted the way production and distribution of corporate garment
was processed so far, by driving the project „Corporate Wear“ for Deutsche Post as Chief Business Consultant. So far the biggest project in producing and distributing professional garment globally.
In 2009 Josef Bruckschloegl joined KWAK Telecom Ltd. as Vice President Carrier Relations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the company group and as Managing Director of KWAK Telecom Germany GmbH one year later.
Since end of 2012 Josef serves as Chief Executive Officer of KWAK Telecom and could achieve significant success driving the company group global by serving customers in more the 120 countries.
Josef serves as Board Director of Paycomm900 Ltd., Yuubel Communications Ltd., KWAK Telecom Germany GmbH and Bruckschloegl Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH.
He holds a Master Degree in Engineering (Dipl.Ing.(FH)) with distinction from University of applied Science St. Poelten and specialized on Telecommunications and Media. Further he received an ITIL Foundation Certificate and is alumnus of the prestigious Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme (OALMP) of Said Business School, University of Oxford.
In 2016 he was awarded “Outstanding Alumnus” of Said Business School, University of Oxford.
He is married with Anita Bruckschloegl and father of two daughters. The family lives in Limassol, Cyprus and Bad Ischl, Austria.
In his free time Josef loves playing the piano, working on his contemporary art collection and he enjoys mountaineering and skiing.
